TIME SCALES
As a general guide please expect a two week lead time for custom pieces, from point of purchase. However, if you have an urgent request please get in touch, and we can see if we can provide you with a shorter lead time.
DELIVERY
At present we only offer local delivery within the North Down & Ards Area, (delivery charges will apply). Local delivery will take place within 2-4 working days. We can facilitate local delivery on a Saturday. If you are outside our local delivery area, we may be able to offer an alternative delivery method. Please get in touch.
COLLECTION
We are happy to provide you with a collection pick up point in Bangor, County Down. This location will be provided at point of purchase. If you would like more information in regards to this, we would love to hear from you.
DEPOSITS
Custom pieces & projects are secured prior with a non refundable deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled if we haven't started creating the item. We are always available to chat about specific items or requests. Please drop us a message
